• Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Health Facility Equipment for Regions 3, 4 and 9. Invitation for Bids Government of Guyana The Support to Improve Maternal and Child Health Project 4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the Inter-American Development Bank-s Policies for the Procurement of Works and Goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Policies. 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Health, Support to Improve Maternal and Child Health Project at email mchip.procurement@gmail.com or inspect the Bidding Documents at the address one (1) given below from Mondays to Fridays between 9:00hrs to 14:30 hrs. 6. Qualification-s requirements include: At least two (2) supply contract of similar nature within the last three years (Complexity or Value) Annual Turnover of at Least USD150,000 within the last three Years Access to unencumbered Financial Resources of at least 30% of Bid Price. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically “Shall Not” be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. 7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained in PDF format by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address one (1) below. Bidding documents will be sent by email or can be picked up on electronic storage media in person. 8. The Government of Guyana has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank toward the cost of The Support to Improve Maternal and Child Health, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Health Facility Equipment for Regions 3, 4 and 9. 3.
