• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Infrastructure Upgrade Works at West Bank Demerara, Region. Lot 1: Schnoord Lot 2: Parfaite Harmonie Lot 3: Westminister Lot 4: Onderneeming Lot 5: Recht Door Zee Lot 6: Lust En Rust. Non-Refundable fee: GYD$20,000.00. - A bidder may submit bids for any or all of the lots. - The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as follows: a. For Bid prices up to 100 Million GYD a bid security of 2% of the bid price is required b. For Bid prices 101 Million GYD to 500 Million GYD a bid security of 1.5% of the bid price is required c. For Bid prices 501 Million GYD and above bid security of 1% of the bid price is required. - The delivery/construction period is 180 days PER LOT. - Envelopes containing the original and one copy of the tender document shall clearly indicate the name of the contract. Envelopes shall also bear the warning “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 09:00 HRS ON TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021.” - Bids must be delivered to the Chairman, National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance (North Eastern Building), Main and Urquhart Street, Kingston, Georgetown, on or before 09:00 HRS ON TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021. - Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically at 09:00 hrs. in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. - Contracts will be awarded to the lowest evaluated qualified bidder and only one lot will be awarded to any bidder.
