  • Tenders are invited for Infrastructure Upgrade Works at West Bank Demerara, Region. Lot 1: Schnoord Lot 2: Parfaite Harmonie Lot 3: Westminister Lot 4: Onderneeming Lot 5: Recht Door Zee Lot 6: Lust En Rust. Non-Refundable fee: GYD$20,000.00. - A bidder may submit bids for any or all of the lots. - The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as follows: a. For Bid prices up to 100 Million GYD a bid security of 2% of the bid price is required b. For Bid prices 101 Million GYD to 500 Million GYD a bid security of 1.5% of the bid price is required c. For Bid prices 501 Million GYD and above bid security of 1% of the bid price is required. - The delivery/construction period is 180 days PER LOT. - Envelopes containing the original and one copy of the tender document shall clearly indicate the name of the contract. Envelopes shall also bear the warning “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 09:00 HRS ON TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021.” - Bids must be delivered to the Chairman, National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance (North Eastern Building), Main and Urquhart Street, Kingston, Georgetown, on or before 09:00 HRS ON TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021. - Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically at 09:00 hrs. in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. - Contracts will be awarded to the lowest evaluated qualified bidder and only one lot will be awarded to any bidder. However, in the event that one bidder is adjudged the lowest qualified bidder for more than one Lot, the Evaluation Committee willrecommend to the benefit of the Client, which LOT the bidder is recommended for. - Details of the Pre - Bid Meetings are as follows: AREA DATE TIME LOCATION 1 - CHPA Main Office June 10, 2021 10:00 AM CHPA Boardroom 2 - Schoon Ord to June11, 2021 10:00 AM Schoon Ord Entrance.
