- Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 16.84km of 13.8kV Transmission Line & Communication Infrastructure to Connect Kumu and Moco Moco Hydropower Plant to Lethem Power Company-s (LPC) Grid 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a request to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$100 (one hundred United States Dollars) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The Bidding Documents will be sent via email or through similar method on confirmation of payment. The Employer shall not be responsible or liable for those costs regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process. The method of payment will be Cash or Bank Draft or wire transfer in the name of the Guyana Energy Agency (Banking details will be provided upon request from interest bidders). 7. One paper original and one paper copy of, along with two (2) electronic PDF copies on USB flash drives must be delivered into the Tender Box to the address indicated below by 09:00hrs on Thursday, January 11, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security or Bid Bond of 2% of the bid price from a reputable Financial Institution and in a form acceptable to GEA. Late bids or incorrectly labelled bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
