• Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Define the Requirements for MIS and Develop Plans for Ongoing Governance, Management, Use, and Protection of the MIS Support for the Design and Execution of the Support to Safety Nets for Vulnerable Populations Affected by Coronavirus in Guyana Project Description of Services: The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security in Guyana and Idb are Looking for A Firm that will Follow and Apply a Formal, Agile Enterprise Architecture Framework Such as Togaf to Develop The Business, Data, and Technical Architecture, Requirements and Terms of Reference for a Management Information System. The Firm will Also Develop a Cybersecurity Framework, a Data Governance and Management Model, and a Technology Governance Management and Operations Model for the Ministry. The consulting services (“the Services”) include The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security in Guyana and IDB are looking for a firm that will follow and apply a formal, agile enterprise architecture framework such as TOGAF to develop the business, data, and technical architecture and requirements for the MIS. The estimated timeframe to complete this assignment is 9 months starting from June 2021.
